How does the AoE cap change in WotLK?

How does blizzard scale with spell power past the AoE cap? How does Arcane Explosion scale with spell power past the AoE cap? How does flamestrike scale with spell power past the AoE cap? How does living bomb scale with spell power past the AoE cap? How does crit affect the AoE cap?

Blizzard ticks for 196 damage with 0 spell power Blizzard ticks for 270 damage with 496 spell power

Spellpower appears to increase the AoE Cap for Blizzard (on 31 mobs, 496 spellpower increased blizzard tick by 74) Critical strike appears to be unaffected by the AoE cap

Current data indicates that at level 70, Blizzard spam with no interruption (using a [nochanneling] macro) will be best AoE at-cap
