How does the AoE cap change in WotLK?

How does blizzard scale with spell power past the AoE cap? How does Arcane Explosion scale with spell power past the AoE cap? How does flamestrike scale with spell power past the AoE cap? How does living bomb scale with spell power past the AoE cap? How does crit affect the AoE cap?

AoE Cap is currently limiting damage to 20 targets done, up from the expected 10 (beta 3.4.0.44930)
