Do the Frost/Fire ward minor glyphs prevent Incanter's Absorption and/or Frost Warding from proccing?

Question came up if the minor glyph damage reflection prevents Incanter's Absorption from proccing.

Test Method:

• Spec 1 talents into Incanters Absorption
• Spec 2 talents into Frost Warding
• Glyph Frost/Fire Ward minor glyphs into each spec.
• Start a duel with another mage
• Apply the appropriate Ward (frost/fire)
• Have the other mage cast the Appropriate rank 1 spell (frost/fire)
  • You may need to click off IA between casts
• When a reflect happens, check combat log to determine if Frost Warding gives mana, check character sheet to determine if Incanter's Absorption gives spell damage.
