How does Oil of Immolation react to proc based trinkets? #55

Since Oil of Immolation crits were able to trigger trinkets like TLC in TBC, does that behavior continue in Wrath with trinkets like Reign of the Unliving? Are there more phase 1 trinkets that it might trigger?
