Clearcasting procs are consumed by brain freeze proc when casting channeled spells #63

When casting blizzard, getting a proc of brain freeze after having an active proc of clearcasting will consume the clearcasting proc.

The opposite effect is not true. If a brain freeze proc is active, gaining a clearcasting proc does not consume brain freeze.
