Security hardening #5

  1. Maybe introduce a separate user for the tunnels but honestly I think that it should be fine to be runned under root. Still some unprivileged users may need a tunnel but I believe there are not so many of them.
  2. Generate a key if a user doesn't have it yet.

0: #8 1: User should generate it itself to add a comment. This is possible with UI like seahorse
