Add Basic English as alternative to the Minilex

Since Basic English might be a pretty large jump comparing to the Minilex, it would be good to break it down into several levels, built on the top of each other.

Each level can be like follows:

• +100/200 words
• the words are picked by usage frequency

Frequency for English words can be downloaded from:

• https://frequencylist.com/ -- 5000 words
• https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/rtatman/english-word-frequency -- 333,333 words

This would require extending the vocabulary format to include or import a base vocabulary.

Related (but perhaps requires a separate issue):

• Consider a "nanolex": subset of words from the Minilex, that includes 100 words according to their usage frequency. This can be more useful for absolute beginners, for whom the vocabulary of minilex can be rather challenging.
