The topic format includes information about web-links that provide description of the respective grammar. However, most topics are missing those links. This needs to be fixed. Would be ok to start with at least one link for each topic.
The mandatory requirement is that the information should be available freely and in the easy to understand way. HTSK might be a good starting point and most books and paid resources are not on the table.
