Add TopicGraphImageGenerator module #13

We need a module that reads the author_connections where topic_id = requested topic_id and type =claim_cascade_graph and generates and saves a graph for this topic.

if no specific topic_id is specified the module will save K outputs as the number of different unique topics in the table (where type=claim_cascade_graph)

@aviade5 I've changed to topic. Do you think we also need for claim? Since there will be a topic which will represent a claim
