Filling connections in dataset of OldTweetsCrawler not exist in LeadSpotting

1. Create a DB in which exist all the authors from OldTweetsCrawler that do not exist in the LeadSpotting DB. DB = OldTweetsCrawler - LeadSpotting
2. Fill follower and friend connections by Twitter API just for the users that exist in OldCrawlerTweets and not in the Leadspotting DB.
