깃허브 액션을 이용하여 커밋 발생 시 빌드 하도록 시스템 구축

github action 으로 빌드 시 C4566 컴파일 경고가 발생하는 현상이 있습니다. 유니코드를 char 타입 배열에 저장해서 생기는 문제로 임시 조치로 wchar 타입으로 출력하도록 수정하였습니다.
