[Fix] 某些情况下，开启 HTTP Keep-Alive 时，NanoHTTPD 不能正确处理请求
- 与 Geyser 插件一起使用时，该问题会暴露 (#83)

由于 NanoHTTPD 代码库过于恶心，此 release 中对其进行了大规模重构。
