Angle control up/down stop working #1016

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open svg-edit v2.6-alpha
2.add a shape, rotate the shape
3.you are unable to see the last two number of the angle

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
That the number are not blocked by the up/down arrow

In what browser did you experience this problem? (ALL, Firefox, Opera, etc) IE9

In what version of SVG-edit does the problem occur? SVG-edit v2.6-alpha

Please provide any additional information below.
