corner radius range #203

I do miss a limit of the corner radius. If the rectangle is already a
circle by giving a corner radius you can increase the value but the result
does not change anymore.

Thanks, though this is a low priority - there are much bigger things to fix :)

Of course if you want to write the code that will determine the limit at which 
the
radius will no longer have an effect on the given rectangle, then please attach 
a patch.

It's occurred to me that once we have determined the calculation for the limit, 
we could add a dropdown 
slider tool that has that amount as its max value. It would of course be 
recalculated whenever the rect 
was resized.
