Update config.plist #18

There were some settings that are not according to the Sanity Checker from OpenCore 0.6.1.

In my experience most of the config changes are actually needed for this laptop, as previously I had to modify those to get to the macOS installer so I wouldn't really trust Sanity Checker on this one. If you're willing to test that you can go from a formatted ssd drive and clean BIOS to fully operating macOS using this config, we can merge, otherwise I think it's better to have a messier config file that is known to work.
"Arch" entries can be reorganized though.

I did try it on another T490 I have here with the current setup and 10.15.7 fresh out of the oven 👍 All working, including selecting WiFi on the setup too!

Alright, in that case I'm happy
