pre-defined chart set doesn't work for JVM running with JRE 64bit on Windows #32

** issue statement

When loading pre-defined chart set 'Memory' for target JVM that is running with 
JRE 64bit on Windows, no data is shown on Heap Memory Pool chart.

** how to reproduce

1. start Java application with 64bit JRE on Windows
2. start monitoring the JVM
3. load the predefined chart set 'Memory'
4. no data is shown on Heap Memory Pool chart

the fix is to be released in 3.6.7
