New Version Freezes and/or Crashes In Conversion of FLAC to AIFF #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Output format: AIFF
1.Go to File>Open File As Disc
2.Loads Perfectly, Check Metadata, Everything Great to this point
3.Click on Encode
Software freezes or crashed

What is the expected output? Conversion of audio tracks into AIFF format What 
do you see instead? Freeze and Crash. Does not occur in similar program MAX 
with the same audio files 

What version of the product are you using?  Newest On what operating system? 
OSX 10.7.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Cannot confirm. Does it occur with any FLAC files?
