Permanently turn off on-screen controls? #188

Is there a way to permanently hide the on-screen controls when using the Ipad 
version of iMame4all?  I use the app with an iCade on a full-time basis.  When 
the iCade goes into "power saver" mode, the on-screen controls re-appear.  Not 
a big deal, but if I can turn off the controllers permanently (i.e., even when 
the iCade goes into power saver mode), it would be helpful.  Makes it look more 
like an authentic arcade maching when the on-screen controls don't pop up.
