Currently I'm updating mame4ios to support iPhone 5 and it will be avalible to 
code sign with a dev account meantime not jailbreak isn't there. 

With a6x processor I'm testing, mk2,mk3 runs full speed. All 2d games runs full 
speed now. With some speed hacks sh2 games, like cps3 runs full speed also
