Implement Registration Functionality

We need to implement a secure and user-friendly registration system. Users should be able to create an account to access Skriza's features. The system should allow registration through Google, Facebook, and Twitter, in addition to a manual registration form.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A registration form requiring a username, password, and email should be present.
• Users should have the option to register using their Google accounts.
• Users should have the option to register using their Facebook accounts.
• Users should have the option to register using their Twitter accounts.
• The registration process should be secured and error messages should be displayed if the registration fails.
• Users should be redirected to their dashboard or homepage on successful registration.
