[docs-ug] Improving navigability #19

I think the navigability of the UG can be improved by including a small hyperlink to jump back to command summary or linking the features in the command summary to their respective explanations. Would have made testing and reading UG a lot easier, but again, this is just a minor issue.

Team's Response

Our team has rejected this as it is not deemed to be a bug. UG can be continued to be improved endlessly. The current state of the UG prioritises the content page at the top with direct links to each section is deemed suitably convenient for the user. At most this could be deemed not in scope considering the time duration and priority on other more important aspects of the UG. Further, our team believes this is more of a suggestion, and not a documentation bug. Hence our team chose to reject this report.
