Use "label" attribute to store the default label for each aes #200

Address the upcoming change of https://github.com/tidyverse/ggplot2/issues/5894#issuecomment-2232781983.

Currently, https://github.com/tidyverse/ggplot2/issues/6003 is the blocker issue. (fixed now)
