Deploy JupyterBook to GitHub Pages #9

This adds a GitHub Action to build the Jupyterbook HTML and publish to GitHub Pages

Based on this: https://github.com/actions/deploy-pages

Important To enable GitHub pages for this repository go to Settings --> Pages --> Source = GitHub Actions

Onced merged, the jupyterbook will be available at https://yutik-nn.github.io/Xarray-adventure

@scottyhq There is no 'Source' in Pages. When I go to Pages in Settings it only says 'Add Domain'.

Oh no! I figured it out! Settings of the repository. I was in some other Settings.
