現在実装しているArduino用のPwmOutでのPWM制御はPWMの周期が設定できないため

ledcというものを利用することでPWMの周期/周波数が設定できるのでそのようにする

下記Pull requestの残件

ledcはESP32限定の機能かもしれない

Arduinoでモータードライバ側のプログラムを作らなければ必要ない

今のところそのような要求(要望)はないため、優先度を下げてもいいかも
