Context menus for set/get variable are broken.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the code app 
[https://blockly-demo.appspot.com/static/apps/code/index.html].
2. Open the Variables category and drag out "set item to".
3. RIght click on the block.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'replace' of undefined.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

My guess is that this has to do with when contextMenuMsg_ is being set.  
Perhaps it should be inside init?
