Behaviour of the code window in Icarus #560

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Double click on a test case so the source file opens in icarus
2. Activate the code window and insert some text, ctrl-V, Tab, Del, BackSp
works for this
3. Press Alt-F4 to Close Icarus, nothing happens
4. Menu shortcuts does no work either, alt turns on the underscores, but
pressing h for example does not open Help menu.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Text editing should not be possible in Code Window ???
Alt-F4 Should close Icarus
Ctrl-F4, which close the code window, should be documented in UI somewhere,
like in a Window meny?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MbUnit 3.1.345
Windows 7

The code window should be read-only, agreed. Alt-f4 should close the app, I 
imagine
it's a focus thing. Ctrl-f4 is news to me! I imagine it's a feature of the dock
library we use, but yes, it should be displayed somewhere. It's also still 
possible
to open a code window for a whole asembly, which just displays random garbage 
(I'm
sure I fixed that before!). Thank you for taking the time to report your 
observations :)
