What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have decorated all my test with the Author attribute ONLY on class
level not on the individual methods
2. When I drill into the tree under author name I find all my test as expected
3. When I drill into the Tree under None I also find all my test cases

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
They should appear only under the author name
This works as expected when I choose Category instead of Author.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1.354

And if a check one of the duplicated tests under its correct tree-placement and 
press
run nothing happens, but the other duplicate is runnable
