Less verbosity #105

Option:

verbose="xxx", where xxx is:

yes/on/true: more verbose
no/off/false: normal

more: more verbose
normal/default: normal
less: less verbose

Or numbers? Like -2, -1, 0, 1, 2?

Then you can get rid of things like the SolidBase title, opening of files the 
encoding of the files, connecting to the database, execution complete, etc.

Or hide="xxx", where xxx is:

T title
O Opening file
E Encoding
C Connecting
X Execution complete

All that is left then are the messages/sections from the sql file itself.
