Problems should indicate not only the linenumber but also the file #118

Now that we added the capability to import external CSV files, problems can 
occur in other files than the upgrade/SQL file. Not only that, the Ant SQL task 
is able to execute multiple SQL files.

We need to indicate the file's url in the error message.

Always? Or only when is is not clear?

"error message, at line 234 of afile.sql"
