It would be nice if parameters could be given to SQL scripts from an Ant or
Maven script, or from the command line or properties file.
See also issue #114, we speaks about persistent parameters which are also
important.
Do we need to have different place holders for on the fly parameters and
persistent parameters?
When giving parameters to an upgrade script, the upgrade script is responsible
for making them persistent (under a different name), so that changes in the
upgrade parameters do not affect the upgrade of an existing database.
