Documents: Libreoffice (but it's heavy! alternatives?)
Media: VLC
PDF: mupdf
Images: feh

AbiWord could be a more diet alternative, see Arch Linux repo :)

@stefan-it thanks for the recommendation, i'll try it out! I guess text documents are the most important, but presentations are a close second. Also I tested and having all of libreoffice is only ~300MB more on the ISO, so it's not that significant. Still not sure if we should include it by default or not.
