Support GNU Radio v3.7 #9

At some point we'll want a branch that bumps GNU Radio to v3.7 (dev) and tests support on that version in preparation of a future release.

gqrx now supports GNU Radio v3.7, so we can get started on testing HEAD revisions.

I tried to use this to build the machine, and it doesn't work. It seems that with some of the dependencies evolving, it needs a bit of love to work again.

@juanantoniofm yep, to be honest VMs don't work too well in this scenario. Installing GNU Radio natively has gotten much better with Pybombs (not to mention better distro-native packages)

Pybombs looks very sweet! :) thank you.

In my case, I want to run it inside a vm for various reasons. I'm trying to create a recipe to install pybombs inside the vm.

@juanantoniofm that's be great! Moving marconi to be based on pybombs might make it relevant once again. Let me know how it goes.
