Allow users to read comments from signpost stories #7

Comments on Signpost articles go into the talk page. This means they're your usual talk pages - no strict structure, and completely breakable. Nevertheless, most of them seem to stick to the convention of using ':' to form replies, and sign properly. So it should be possible to 'parse' (aka scrape) most of that into a hierarchical comment tree, and let people reply to that. This is something I'm quite interested in doing, simply because we can then extend this to all talk pages and have a 'WikiMessenger' app :D But clearly not for v1.
