Clarify what the hub-username refers to in the README #63

As suggested by @fperez. In terminals, we may see things like jovyan or jupyter-<hub-username> rather than the plain <hub-username> as should be used. So, I made the readme note reflect that the username to use, is the one seen in /hub/home's top right corner.
