donate.php doesn't exist #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Love proximity
2. Try to donate using included link
3. Get 404
4. Poor developer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to get some link to PayPal or something...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest as of 6/12/09 on OS X 10.5.7

I noted the same issue.  Proximity is a a great product, and I would love to 
able to support it to encourage 
further development.
