The driveworks part need to be crosscompiled, then I copied the 'cmake' file in the building directory to PX2. And then build for ROS project. As for setting up ROS, please refer to this thread on the forum: https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/topic/1011002/?comment=5206468

I found your sample to start with and I am trying to build it. I have Driveworks installed on my desktop (Ubuntu 16.04) and ROS kinetic. Were you able to build it on target or did did you cross compile it? I am interested in cross compilation. Do you mind sharing how you did setup your host with aarch64 ROS? Is there a PPA for this or did you build everything from source? Would you mind sharing your setup and steps?
