Support svnant #4

There is no wiki or forum, so here goes...

svnant is now at 1.2.0 RC1 and uses svnkit.  So it is maintained, fully 
featured, and fully java.

I'd suggest aiming to discontinue this project and let people know that 
svnant will work for them.
