What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. uninstall scipy using uninstall.exe in the site-packages/scipy
2. re-install scipy using plugin installer from pythonxy scipy-0.13.3-6_py27
3. try "import scipy.stats"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
scipy.stats should import but it would not..
_ufuncs and basic.py in scipy/special are somehow missing and fails to import.
Official installer from sourceforge fixed the issue.
Please provide any additional information below.
