Feature: highlighted places on XYMultipleSeriesRenderer

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create basic XYMultipleSeriesRenderer with some data
2. add extra labels on graph by addXTextLabel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
this is not exactly what I mean. Good should be to show some labels directly on 
graph. On screen 1 is actual state of displaying some extra labels on chart. 
Nice should be to have ability as on second picture. Maybe some 
addFloatTextLabel(double x, String text, int scale)? Together with ability to 
set color for this labeles, it should be really nice feature!

Please provide a source code snippet that we can use to replicate the issue.

What version of the product binary library are you using?
