Compiling Under Windows... Using eclipse trick #1

I admit I sort of cheated to compile my version by copying the directory 
Source someplace else and then creating a separate Java Eclipse project on 
it, added the jar files from the original SVN project, it compiled, then i 
wrote over the original Source directory. So after that it worked.

The action was equivalent to that of calling 'make fast'
