Log materials only on api_port/port when changed #65

Also added logging for improvement materials (Screws).

For Log Viewer it is sufficient to just replace the first line

Date,Fuel,Ammunition,Steel,Bauxite,DevKits,Buckets,Flamethrowers

with

Date,Fuel,Ammunition,Steel,Bauxite,DevKits,Buckets,Flamethrowers,Screws

in the existing log file (if any).
