Segmentation not showing properly when only upload 1

When uploading a normal CT and only one segmentation, the segmentation seems eroded
Maybe fetching from server a binary eroded version of the nifti?

New:

Seems to also affect multiple segmentations, last segmentation uploaded will be eroded/not complete
If upload aorta, gallbladder, and kidney_left in that order, then kidney_left will be eroded/not complete

Fixed: Active segmentation outline width was set to 0, changed in DEFAULT_SEGMENTATION_CONFIG object
