Configs and pre-trained weights for action recognition #2

Configs and pre-trained weights for sequence based action recognition task(on Kinetics-400 and SSv2) seem to be missing from the repo. Include these as well since action recognition is an important task in the paper.

I am also waiting for the pretrained weights of action recognition model to be released. Please update on this.

Any chance to release the action recognition code, configs and weights? It's an improtant contribution in the paper. Thanks!
