Similiar to bug found in UG, hyperlinks in DG should navigate into in-pdf sections and not to website

Team is not sure why PDF conversion results in linking to a webpage. However, we will accept this bug.

To be honest, the severity of this bug can be classified as Medium as I wish to see my document in the PDF file, it should not link me to the website where the user guide is. It is annoying to close the website and manually search for the location that the hyperlink should link me to.
