I think one of the more confusing aspects of Antora for beginners is the relationship between the git repo(s) involved and the playbook configuration. So, explicitly mentioning the location of the git repo implied by the playbook would be valuable. I'd probably discuss why it's a good idea to have separate repos for the playbook and component, but that might be too complex for this article.
It might also be nice to update site.yml to the currently recommended antora-playbook.yml.
