Kroki.io privacy statement #1562

With the growing use of Kroki.io for diagrams like code, perhaps it would be good to set out a privacy statement, so that people know what is going where and what the use or not of the data and logs is.

This would make it easier for people and organizations to adopt Kroki.io as their conversion site of choice, and also make it easier to make the case for an internal company deployment of Kroki.

This is an idea. I don't have a privacy statement ready to go.
