Hello, I'm unable to build the library using the android native example. Seems that Cmake is unable to find rtmidi headers even if I explicitly add the include_directories with the folder path. Can you please provide some help?

Aw, of course. I am implementing midi support on Windows, but forgot to cancel it out on android builds. (Haven't used those in a long time and I don't have automated builds yet.) I'll try to find some time to clear this up, later this week.
