Update all project files #15

This pull request will update all project files to match the most common project files in the codeblocks plugin environment. This makes it more easy to manage wxWidgets installations on all operating systems. There where a view fix coded paths that i removed.

With this projects it is also easily possible to debug the plugin on all operating systems

Also update the gitignore file to ignore all binary files like object files and output files...
