Maybe this hardcore mode should only be available to us (super-admins).

Embedding videos should be done with a toolbar-button. Like this we can have some controle over how they add them. We don't want to allow clients to mess-up there site by injecting bad code. And from a UX perspective a toolbar-button is far beter than having to edit code.

I'm more on @fd's side here, I think for us it's nice to see/can update the actual HTML, but for the main part of our users, it's better that they don't have access :).

I will implement the button for now, but I think it's something for the CMS to decide if that button is shown or not.
