Unable to display the new projects #209

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Xinc (via pear)
2. Remove the projects 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'm start Xinc and expected see the web report with my new project, but
instead: There's not project.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
#ver2.0.0b196 - Ubuntu 9.04

Please provide any additional information below.

Basically I removed in /var/xinc/projects/ the folder SimpleProject, then
created a new folder with a repository svn and three files.
Then, the report in my var/log/xinc, is this:

 [info]   [2010-01-28 12:40:31-America/Lima] CHECKING PROJECT chamilo
 [info]   [2010-01-28 12:40:31-America/Lima] Processing task: modificationset
 [info]   [2010-01-28 12:40:31-America/Lima] [build] chamilo: Build of
Project stopped, no build necessary
 [info]   [2010-01-28 12:41:11-America/Lima] Setting loglevel to 2

So in /etc/xinc/init.d/"chamilo.xml" have the configuration well. So I'm
missing,  so how I can build a project again to can show it in the Report
Web page.
